Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Sale

Booking a transportation service with Arc Driver implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale by the client, both for themselves and for all participants in the reserved services. Validation of the order form constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the T&Cs.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Procedures

All services must be paid for before execution, unless otherwise agreed.

For bookings made more than 30 days before departure, a deposit of 30% is required. The balance must be settled no later than 7 days before the service date.

For bookings made within 30 days, the total amount is due immediately.

2.2 Required Information

The client must provide complete information, including:

  • Dates, times, and locations for pickup and drop-off.

  • Group composition (number of passengers, information on persons with reduced mobility, etc.).

  • Details regarding luggage (weight, size, special precautions, etc.).

3. Delivery of Documents

Upon payment validation, Arc Driver will send all necessary reservation documents via email. In case of a request for postal delivery, additional charges may apply.

4. Pricing

The prices for the services are fixed in the quote accepted by the client. No disputes regarding pricing will be accepted after this acceptance.

5. Changes and Cancellations
5.1 Cancellation by the Client

Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • More than 12 hours before: 0%

  • After this time, the total amount will be charged in full

5.2 Modifications

Any modification of the booking must be notified in writing at least 24 hours before the service, subject to potential additional fees.

6. Responsibilities

Arc Driver cannot be held responsible for delays or other issues caused by events beyond its control (weather conditions, accidents, traffic jams, etc.). Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles.

7. Insurance

Arc Driver has insurance covering its transportation activities. Clients are encouraged to take out personal insurance covering trip cancellations and other risks.

8. Personal Data

The personal information collected is necessary for managing bookings. In accordance with data protection legislation, the client can request access, correction, or deletion of their data.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the client agrees to first contact Arc Driver to attempt to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Pontoise.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
